The following four videos are from the NYC Guitar Orchestra’s performance on December 18, 2015, at Tenri Cultural Institute, which featured several pieces from the first five year’s of the NYCCGS Guitar Orchestra Commissioning Project:
 

 

These two videos are from the NYC Guitar Orchestra’s performance on December 2, 2012, at the GFA Regional Symposium in New York City. Both videos feature performances of works from the NYCCGS Guitar Orchestra Commissioning Project: on the left is Ambienspheres by Jonathan Pieslak; on the right is Mist by Takuma Tanikawa.
 

Nylon Wound

These two videos are from the February 19, 2013, performance on the NYCCGS Salon Series at the WMP Concert Hall by Nylon Wound (Gregory Askins and Joseph Parisi). The videos show two movements from Parisi’s Suite Mexicana; on the left is “Danza de la Lluvia”; on the right is “Arrullo Popular.”
 

Connie Sheu

These two videos are from Connie Sheu’s September 4, 2012, performance on the NYCCGS Salon Series at the WMP Concert Hall. Connie performed a program of works by female composers. The video on the left is the first movement, “Encuentro,” from Annette Kruisbrink’s Homenaje a Andrés Segovia. On the right is the first of the Three Preludes by Dale Kavanagh.
 

Yamandu Costa

This performance took place at the first of Yamandu’s two concerts on April 20, 2012, on the NYCCGS Concert Series.


William Kanengiser

William Kanengiser performed Shingo Fujii’s Concierto de Los Angeles with a guitar orchestra, conducted by Scott Jackson Wiley, comprised of students from Mannes College, the Manhattan School of Music, and The Juilliard School. This performance took place on April 29, 2011, on the NYCCGS Concert Series.
