Mindfulness Techniques to Make Performing Guitar Less Stressful and More Fun
In this experiential session, Elizabeth J. Coleman, attorney, poet, mindfulness teacher and guitarist will teach several techniques that have helped her reduce the stress of playing the guitar for others, and made guitar performance a lot more fun.

The presentation will be followed by our Open Mic. Sign up in advance to play — see the Member Events page for details. NYCCGS Member Events are free and open to all members and first-time guests.
